So Excited!!!

With the struggle/worry of Thanksgiving Calories and the "Munchie" cravings I have been having lately.... I am so surprised that I managed to loose 3.4 lbs this week during a HUGE holiday weekend.

I got back on track by journaling my food again. I so truly believe in tracking your food. It is amazing how it really helps keeps you honest about what you are consuming.

I have struggled with the water intake and I can only blame that on not handling stress well lately, hence the munchie cravings. Today I decided to pull out one of those 32oz mugs that have a lid with a straw through it to see if that will help me drink MORE water.

I have also made more of a conscious effort to "creatively" add exercise to my daily routine. At work I could have parked in the closer parking spots and taken the elevator BUT I chose to park farther from the hospital and took the stairs. Not to mention I am no longer procrastinating on projects and getting "things" done. All in all.... I'm not being a lazy bum. I have also thought about just jumping on our elliptical and/or starting one of those "dust collecting" exercise videos I have.

Looking forward to being under 200lbs any day now. I'm just 19lbs away from under 200. OMGosh!!! That sounds to good to be true. But numbers do not lie!!
