Food For Thought....

Am I surprised I did not loose any weight this week.... Not really!! This week was a bad week for tracking my food, drinking water and ate way to many carbs that made me crave more carbs. So I know this means I need to go back to tracking and balancing out my carbs and proteins. Plus I now know I need to kick it up a bit by adding extra exercise.

I'm sure the stress of last Thursday's test did not help my weight loss either. Did not have a way to decompress from the stress of the test. Have to figure that one out. How to decompress from stress. Looks like a lot of Yoga or added exercise in my future.

Now to concentrate on my water intake!
